The Minnesota Supreme Court will not take up the lawsuit of a bystander whose leg was amputated after a drug dealer fleeing St. Paul police crashed into a car that hit her.
The move ends the lawsuit, said Patrick O’Neill Jr., attorney for Mary Plaster and the other injured bystanders.
