BIRCH RUN — Authorities say a Michigan State Police trooper has been killed in a rollover crash near Birch Run.
WWJ-AM (950) and WEYI-TV report the crash happened early today in Saginaw County near Birch Run and involved a trooper from the Bridgeport post.
Area roads near the scene about 70 miles northwest of Detroit were closed following the crash.
