TORONTO, Canada — He was the last passenger to board the 8 o’clock bus from St. Catharines.
Coach Canada driver Dhimitri Gusho remembers the scruffy-faced man carrying the small backpack. His other passengers were already seated when the man approached and asked him if he was bound for Toronto.
