State and city officials broke ground Friday on what is expected to be a hub of law enforcement training in the state and possibly the region.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Emergency Vehicle Operation Center will be on about 500 acres off U.S. 80 near the Montgomery Police Department’s firing range.
