YOUNGSTOWN – Police department Internal Affairs investigators are looking into a brief chase on the South Side late Thursday that took the life of a 9-year-old boy in a vehicle not involved in the police pursuit.
The boy, who police refused to name Friday, was a passenger in an SUV driven by 27-year-old Tammy Sadler of Youngstown. An 11-year-old girl in the SUV, who police also would not name, was also injured.
