INDIANAPOLIS – The rubble is still littered across the 2200 block of West Washington Street near the intersection with Tremont Street, where a teenager’s life came to an abrupt end early Monday morning.
In the wee hours of the morning, investigators spotted a Honda Civic driving without headlights. An alert officer flashed his headlights a couple of times to warn the driver. That gesture didn’t work. So the officer activated his sirens and tried to pull the driver over, and that’s when police said the 16-year-old led officers on a chase.
