VISTA — Two Oceanside police patrol cars collided while responding to assist sheriff’s deputies following a stolen-car pursuit, and one of the officers was injured, sheriff’s officials said.
The officer was taken to Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside for evaluation of complaints of pain after the air bag in his car deployed, sheriff’s Sgt. Paul Lacroix said.
