After a 50-year low in 2009, the number of police officers killed in the line of duty jumped in 2010. Traffic accidents accounted for 73 of 160 police deaths nationwide. Tulsa Cpl. Dan Ward, an associate of PDI (Policedriving.com), explains why driving in law enforcement brings so much danger.
