The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a veteran sergeant after the release of an online video showing an unmarked cruiser weaving erratically across traffic and striking a guardrail. The video (warning: explicit language), uploaded Monday to the popular video site YouTube, depicts a white, wide sedan swerving from left to right on a highway ramp in downtown New Orleans.
