Four people were seriously injured in a head-on collision after the driver of a stolen vehicle headed southbound on Interstate 85 North, police said.
The three occupants of the stolen vehicle and the driver of the vehicle it struck were transported to Baptist Medical Center South. Their conditions ranged from serious to life threatening.
