Shreveport Officer Cited For Hit & Run

SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) – Shreveport Police have cited a patrol officer with one count of hit & run involving a department-issued police car.

Crash investigators began an inquiry after an officer noticed damage to the car’s front driver’s side door and fender. During the probe, police spokesman Sgt. Bill Goodin says investigators learned that Officer Brenda Disotell was the last person assigned to the car before any damage was noticed.
